Le Baie Parfait

– 1/2 cup frozen berries, heated in the mic for 90 sec
– Kroger CarbMaster white chocolate raspberry yogurt
– 1/4 c Nature’s Path Coconut Chia Seed Granola

Lightened up Greek Mac n Cheese


Boil one box of whole grain Kraft macaroni and cheese (about 6 – 7 minutes). Mix in one cup of Oikos plain greek yogurt and the cheese mix or 3/4 c reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese.

Nutritious Pumpkin Muffins



  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
  • ½ c. light butter
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. pumpkin (about half a 15 oz can)
  • ½ t. cinnamon
  • ½ t. nutmeg
  • ¼ t. baking powder
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • ¾ t. salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in muffin tin and into the oven at 325F for 35 min!
